CDC announces the availability of fiscal year 2018 funds to implement CDC-RFA-DP18-1807: State Physical Activity and Nutrition Program. The funds will support statewide investments to improve nutrition and to support safe and accessible physical activity that benefits the whole state and can be shared with local governmental entities.

Funding is for a 5-year project period, pending the continued availability of funding. Approximately 15 statewide projects will be supported by this funding, with the average yearly funding level expected to be approximately $900,000.
