1. Targeting opioid prevention messaging: Oklahoma used state opioid data to develop and target opioid prevention and treatment educational materials for adolescents, chronic pain patients, and other priority populations.

2. Responding in rural communities: Oklahoma deployed rapid response teams composed of clinicians, behavioral health professionals, and health educators to establish hubs for overdose prevention resources in in high-risk rural communities.
