Participant Services

You must have a participant profile in TCEO and register for this course to obtain continuing education credit.

1. If you have not previously registered as a participant:
   • Create a participant profile under New Participant.
   • Retrieve your temporary password that was delivered to your registered e-mail address.
   • Log in with the login name you created and your temporary password.
   • Create a permanent password.
   • Make a note of your login name and permanent password for future reference.
2. If you have already created a participant profile:
   • Log in under Participant Login.
   • Enter your login name and password.

TCEO Course Registration

From Participant Services, you can search and register for this course.

1. Enter a keyword or course number in Search Options and click View below Keyword Search.
   • Keywords: School Health Guidelines
   • Course Number: WB2613
2. Click on the course title that displays at the bottom of your screen.
3. Scroll down to Register Here at the bottom of the screen (do not click on the Course Link).
4. Select the appropriate continuing education and click Submit.
   • 1.0 CNE for nurses
   • 1.0 CHES for certified health education specialists
   • 0.1 CEU for other professionals
   • 0 for audit
5. Answer demographic questions and click Submit. This information is used by the CDC to track and improve program participation.
6. Click on the appropriate link, selecting whether you have or have not completed the course.
   • If you have not completed the course, you will be redirected to Participant Services to begin the course.
   • If you have completed the course, you will be redirected to the course evaluation.

Course Access

If you have not completed the course:

1. From Participant Services, enter WB2613 as the Course Number in Search Options and click View below Keyword Search.
2. Click on the course title that displays at the bottom of your screen.
3. Click on Course Link (do not scroll down to Register Here).
4. Complete the course.
5. Return to TCEO Participant Services to complete the TCEO course evaluation.

TCEO Course Evaluation

If you have completed the course:

1. From Participant Services, click on Evaluations and Tests.
2. Click on Self-Study Courses.
3. Click on Take Evaluation/Posttest in the Evaluation/Posttest column.
4. Complete the TCEO course evaluation and click Submit.

TCEO Course Posttest

After completing the TCEO course evaluation, you will be redirected to the course posttest.

1. Complete the posttest and click Submit.
2. Your test score will display.
   • If you do not pass the posttest, you have one more chance to take it within 30 days. You will not qualify for the CE if you do not retake the posttest within 30 days.
     • To retake the posttest, click on Participant Services.
     • Click Evaluations and Tests.
     • Click Re-takes.
     • Click Re-take Posttest in the Re-take Posttest column.
3. Click Next to proceed if you pass the posttest.

TCEO Transcript and Certificate

After completing and passing the TCEO posttest, you may view and print your course transcript or TCEO certificate of completion.

1. The Transcript displays the course title, number of credits received, completion date and status.
2. Click on Certificate in the Certificate column to access your TCEO certificate of completion.
3. Click on your browser's Back button to return to TCEO and log off.
