Mission Possible - Healthy lives for everyone - office of Minority health & health equity - celebrating 30 years of service

CDC’s Office of Minority Health and Health Equity (OMHHE) unveiled their Public Health Agents of Change (PHAC) from across CDC during their 30th anniversary in 2018. Whether in research or public health practice, PHACs consider the diverse needs of the populations the agency serves with a goal of achieving health equity. PHACs also use strategic and comprehensive approaches to support, build, and nurture a diverse and inclusive workplace. OMHHE is honored to recognize a team of dedicated CDC staff committed to the mission of “Healthy Lives for Everyone.” We recognized the individuals below for OMHHE’s 30th anniversary and their information was current as of 2018.
