New Dating Matters Website is Live!
CDC’s Dating Matters® can help your community promote healthy relationships and prevent teen dating violence before it starts.
CDC’s Dating Matters®: Strategies to Promote Healthy Teen Relationships launched a new website last month! The Division of Violence Prevention created the new site to introduce the public, partners, and communities interested in teen dating violence prevention to the Dating Matters comprehensive prevention model. The new site includes an overview of Dating Matters, the science behind it, and success stories from the demonstration project.
Three components of the Dating Matters model are currently available on CDC’s VetoViolence website. These include:
- The Dating Matters: Understanding Teen Dating Violence Prevention Training for Educators,
- The Dating Matters Interactive Guide to Informing Policy, and
- The Dating Matters Capacity Assessment and Planning Tool
Coming Late 2018, The Dating Matters Toolkit
Communities will gain access to the remaining components of the model and comprehensive implementation guidance when the Dating Matters Toolkit is released later this year.
