These real-life participants got the chance to reverse their prediabetes and improve their health when they joined CDC’s National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) lifestyle change program. In the program, they learned skills to build healthy habits with the support of a trained Lifestyle Coach and other participants who shared the same goals.
