Percentage of Adults with Diagnosed Diabetes Reporting Poor Mental or Physical Health at Least 1 Day in the Past 30 Days, by Race, United States, 1994–2011

From 1994 to 2011, the crude and age-adjusted percentages of whites and blacks aged 18 years or older with diagnosed diabetes who reported having poor mental or physical health at least 1 day in the past 30 days changed little. Throughout the period, the age-adjusted percentage was similar among whites and blacks (69% and 66% in 2011).
