Partnership Opportunity — Share Your Contact Information and Specialized Expertise
To facilitate potential collaborations between organizations applying for this funding opportunity and organizations with expertise in reaching/working with priority populations, CDC will post contact information voluntarily submitted by organizations offering such expertise. Please submit your contact information to NationalDPP1705FOA@cdc.gov. Include “Partnership Opportunity” in the subject line, and in the body of the e-mail state your organization’s name, point of contact, and specific expertise reaching one or more of the priority populations described in the FOA. CDC will post this information in the order in which it is received.
