This is the official POD Assist mobile application created by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
With this application, you can:
- Scan QR code information from people seeking to receive medical countermeasures.
- Confirm the medical eligibility of people receiving their medical countermeasures.
- Scan barcode information of medical countermeasures during dispensing.
- Confirm that the dispensing of medical countermeasures took place.
One of the components of the POD Assist service, the mobile app allows for dispensing medical countermeasures and confirming such dispensing. The POD Assist service allows local, state and federal public health agencies to track the dispensing of medical countermeasures as well as to collect information during public health emergencies.
