Sara Imholte Johnston, BA, MPH, is the National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System (NNDSS) Program Manager in the Division of Health Informatics and Surveillance. Prior to this position, she was the Electronic Disease Surveillance Program Manager at the Arizona Department of Health Services.
She received a bachelor of arts in biology from Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minnesota, and a master of public health from the University of Minnesota, School of Public Health, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
