Dr. Babady is the Chief of Clinical Microbiology Service, an Attending Microbiologist and Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and the Department of Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.  She serves on several professional committees, including the American Society for Microbiology’s Clinical Microbiology and Public Health Leadership Committee, the Pan-American Society for Clinical Virology Executive Committee, and the Association for Molecular Pathology Professional Relations Committee. She is a Senior Editor for Microbiology Spectrum and serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Clinical Virology and the Journal of Molecular Diagnostics.
