CITGO Application Request Process
This page was last updated March 2015.
How To Request an Application Addition or Change:
- To request an application or change to an application on the CITGO system, if you are the application owner, submit a request via your TSE or call the Service Desk at 404-639-6000. http://intranet.cdc.gov/itso/itso_info/tse.htm
- Applications Requests are processed in the order they are received, unless otherwise prioritized. Systems maintenance & trouble calls have priority over applications work.
- Application requests will be reviewed for organizational “fit” and for any adverse impact to the CITGO environment. Please allow 30 days, after application has been approved, for installation and availability on CITGO.
- Applications that are being considered for inclusion in CITGO must first be tested on a physical desktop and the requester provide the RAST team with any requirements, install documentation, etc. The application must be “install ready” in the CDC environment, database connectivity, misc settings, etc all specified in a provided install document. The RAST team does not provide applications support.
- Applications accepted into staging on CITGO will require a designated “power user” as a point of contact for testing. Failure to provide timely feedback during testing may result in the application being delisted or placed at the end of the application staging queue.
