Screen for Your Life (:30) This video tells the story of three individuals who are making the choice to put their health first and screen for colorectal cancer. Audio Descriptive Text Man 1 appears on screen talking to the camera, with the CDC logo. A projection is played onto the screen of man 1 opening his store. Woman appears on the screen, with a projection of her working late into the light overlayed. Man 2 appears on the screen, with a projection of him doing his daughters hair in the bathroom overlayed. Man 1 appears on the screen, with a projection of him and his wife celebrating his achievements in his store overlayed. The screen cuts back to woman with a projection of her giving a presentation in a board room overlayed. The screen cuts to man 2 with a projection of him and his daughters dancing in the living room overlayed. The projection fades away and its place copy is overlayed over man 2, which reads: “Screen for your life, Talk to your doctor about your colorectal cancer screening options.” The last screen shows the logos for CDC and directs viewers to visit cdc.gov/screenforlife.
