Summary This study compiled the largest sample of minorities studying ALS incidence to date. Differences in disease incidence rates by race and ethnicity were identified. White participants had the highest incidences rates of ALS, followed by Black, and then Asian participants. Moreover, non-Hispanic participants experienced higher incidence rates than Hispanic participants.
