Find tools health care providers can use on a daily basis with patients who are living with HIV. Newly developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, this evidence-based, updated suite of materials is designed to assist clinicians in protecting the health of HIV-infected patients.

  • Prevention IS Care health care provider materials support clinicians to prevent HIV transmission by helping patients remain in ongoing care, improving patient adherence to antiretroviral therapy (ART), and promoting safer sexual behaviors.
  • Prevention IS Care patient materials help HIV-infected patients remember important messages about remaining in care and on ART and engaging in safer sexual and drug use behaviors, so that the y can live longer, healthier lives and prevent transmission to their partners.
