Experiencing Challenges Submitting Your Speakers Request?

Please let us know by emailing the speakersbureau@cdc.gov mailbox. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your help.

Requesting a CDC speaker is very easy:
  1. Please review the CDC Speakers Bureau Privacy Policy to understand how we use the information gathered to completed speakers requests. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Speakers Bureau.
  2. Simply complete the on-line speaker request form and press the submit button. A Speakers Bureau representative will review your request and contact you.
  3. We appreciate you making every effort to submit this form at least 60 days before your event (and a maximum of 6 months prior to your event). Requests of extremely short notice (within 30 days of the event) may not be processed since it will not allow for adequate staffing coordination.
  4. If a response to your request for a speaker is not received within 60 days of your original request date, please contact the Speakers Bureau. Please note that a submission does not guarantee a CDC speaker; however, we will do our absolute best to locate a speaker for your event.
  5. If you want CDC to participate in your career day, health fair, or facilitate a handwashing demonstration at your community, organization, or school event, please fill out this Community Relations form instead: https://www.cdc.gov/about/speakers/contact-community-relations.html
