In the notice to readers, "Federal Register Notice on the Draft
Guidelines for HIV Case Surveillance, Including Monitoring HIV
Infection
and AIDS," on page 1056, the closing date for comments is
incorrect. The
correct deadline for submitting comments on the draft is January
11, 1999.
