Chapter 6 (Diphtheria)

Chapter 9 (Hepatitis B)
Addition of recommendation for hepatitis B vaccination of persons with diabetes. See MMWR December 23, 2011 / 60(50);1709-1711.
Chapter 10 (Human Papillomavirus)
Inclusion of recommendation for vaccination of males with quadrivalent human papillomavirus vaccine. See MMWR December 23, 2011 / 60(50);1705-1708.
Chapter 11 (Influenza)
Information about intradermal Fluzone influenza vaccine was added. See MMWR August 26, 2011 / 60(33);1128-1132.
Chapter 13 (Meningococcal Disease)
Addition of recommendation for meningococcal conjugate vaccine of certain 9-23 month old children. See MMWR October 14, 2011 / 60(40);1391-1392.
Chapter 15 (Pertussis)
