To assist and support grantees with their programmatic and system information set-ups for preparing their 2013 spend plans, the VTrckS Team is offering "2013 Spend Plan Preparation" webinars on August 2, 2012. Grantees are highly encouraged to participate in one of the scheduled webinars. Invitations to the webinars were sent to grantee users who previously registered for spend plan training sessions.
The webinars will include:
- Demonstrations and discussion of new functionality related to budget and reports
- A general refresher on spend plan set-up
In addition to the webinar, the VTrckS team will offer optional 1:1 sessions during August in which grantees may sign-up to "meet" with their vaccine advisor and a trainer using a live meeting format to walk through specific questions related to 2013 spend plan preparation.
The training webinars and 1:1 sessions will provide additional support as you set up your 2013 spend plan in VTrckS. Grantees should continue to work with their vaccine advisor as they normally would during this time.
