Outlines the steps necessary to modify a vaccine return. The steps in this document should be followed when the distributor has requested changes be made to the vaccine return.
How to find PO number for direct ship vaccines [847 KB, 3 pages]
Used to find the PO number for a direct ship vaccine. VTrckS creates a purchase order from the vaccine order that the grantee/provider creates. The PO number is what the manufacturer will have on file for that vaccine order.
How to find shipping information in VTrckS [398 KB, 3 pages]
Outlines how to find shipping information for specific vaccine orders within VTrckS.
Federal contract look-up and reference for PO [1 MB, 4 pages]
Used to find the contract number and contract line item number to enter when creating a Grantee Funded Federal Vaccine Replenishment Purchase Order.

VTrckS Deployment Tips

Tip 1: Attend and participate in the training sessions; practice in the training “sandbox” environment; and utilize the Training Library as a resource before and after deployment.

Tip 2: For ExIS grantees, you have the option to take MM4B (ExIS File Upload Testing Manual and Module webinar) early to begin preparations. If you are interested in attending an earlier session or would like more information, send a request to VTrckSExIS@cdc.gov or to the contact center at vaccineordermgmt@cdc.gov.

Tip 3: For VTrckS Direct grantees, begin to strategize how you will bring providers onto VTrckS. This will be discussed in greater detail during MM4A (Provider Deployment Manual and Module webinar).
