VTrckS Connection Newsletter
As we schedule conference calls and webinars, such as Grantee Community Calls (formerly known as Wave Calls); Flash Calls; Manuals and Modules (MMs); and VTrckS training, please be sure that you or someone from your staff is in attendance. The information presented is timely and critical to a successful deployment even if your deployment date is months away.
Flash Calls are held weekly for any grantee in the current deployment cycle. These calls start the Thursday before your scheduled MM session and end after you go live. Flash Calls provide you with a forum to ask questions, ensure that you are meeting your MM milestones, and allow CDC the opportunity to share timely, relevant information related to your Wave’s VTrckS deployment.
As a follow-up from the Wave Call, please give serious thought to your Designated Proofing Agent (DPA), Super User(s), and Go-Live Liaison. These roles are extremely critical in facilitating a smooth VTrckS transition. The DPA ensures that individuals are identity proofed and are invited to gain SAMS access, which is required for VTrckS access. The Super User(s) is an individual who will attend VTrckS training and be equipped to help your staff familiarize themselves with VTrckS processes. The Go-Live Liaison is responsible for the logistics of the VTrckS implementation—ensuring training rooms are booked at the grantee office, verifying that appropriate personnel are registered for the correct training courses, and assisting with other logistical needs. If you have any questions or need support, please contact email@example.com.
