An average of 53% of private provider sites submitted data to the IIS during the last six months of 2007. Eight grantees reported over 95% of their private immunization provider sites submitting data to the IIS; 6 reported submission of immunization data by 81%-94% of private provider vaccination sites. The results are based on self reported data from CDC immunization grantees. Qualifier: reported annual fluctuations in private provider participation may be due to programmatic and/or technical changes to the immunization information system. | |
