Overview of Report Results
Each year grantees are required to submit data to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Management Survey. A portion of this survey is dedicated to Assessment, Feedback, Incentives, and Information eXchange (AFIX) activities and includes data collection such as the types of visits conducted and the number of provider visits completed each year.
At the federal level, we compile all of this data from grantees and are able to look at the aggregate data to see if we are reaching programmatic goals. Once the data is compiled, a report is written and sent to the Office of Management and Business (OMB). The most recent reports are posted below.
