Participants in Ulcer Awareness Week 2003 can receive a limited amount of free communication products that will help plan community-based activities and events. To request educational and promotional product please call 404-371-5376 or email ulcers@cdc.gov. The following materials are available:

In addition, reproducible campaign logo and art work is included for use on promotional items like banners, mobile designs and buttons, that can be tailored to a specific product need for an organization.
