Additional Staff and Information:

Staff are required from a number of different organizations responsible for the ongoing public/private cessation program partnership as follows:

  • 0.5 FTE: Health System Liaison, Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Section, State Health Department
  • 0.5 FTE: Prevention Coordinator, Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid program)
  • 1.0 FTE: Tobacco Prevention & Education Program, State Health Department; responsible for media coordination, county coordination, research analysts, evaluation staff. (The one FTE represents time allotted among 12 TPEP positions)
  • 1.5 FTE: Voluntary Organizations, e.g., the Heart Association

Materials/Resources Required

Other required resources include those provided by the Quitline administrator and through the media contract.
