2013 PIM Network Conference Calls and Webinars

OSTLTS hosts a monthly conference call every fourth Thursday at 4 PM Eastern that is designed to support and facilitate training and professional development of the NPHII grantee performance improvement managers. The calls are a venue for a variety of topics that are developed and selected based on the needs of the PIM Network membership and will include topics such as experiences with performance improvement offices, accreditation, performance management and quality improvement.
