The supplemental funding was awarded to two consortia: 1) the Northeast Consortium, which includes the New York State Department of Health, New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Rhode Island Department of Health, Connecticut Department of Public Health, and Massachusetts Department of Public Health; and 2) the Federated States of Micronesia Consortium, which includes the four states of Yap, Kosrae, Pohnpei, and Chuuk.

This supplement is a collaboration of CDC’s Center for Surveillance, Epidemiology, and Laboratory Services, where LEI resides, and CDC’s Office for State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support, home to NPHII.
