National Voluntary Accreditation for Public Health Departments

Accredited Health Departments

CDC commends the following health departments for achieving national accreditation from the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB). In addition to the recognition that each receives from PHAB, Dr. Frieden, director of CDC, and John Auerbach, acting director of CDC’s Office for State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support and associate director for policy at CDC, send a congratulatory letter to each accredited health department.
