No states are excluded
Cases with unknown age, race/ethnicity and sex values are re-distributed to known categories based on percentage of cases in each race group
Total cases may not equal Male plus Female cases because of rounding in the re-distribution process
Cases among persons 0-9 years of age are not shown as an age group but are included in the All Ages Total
Adjusted Total U.S. cases by sex and age have no exclusions but age and sex unknowns are re-distributed
