During 2003-2004, overall P&S rates in the U.S. increased 8% from 2.5
to 2.7 cases per 100,000 population, while overall IHS P&S rates increased
21% from 2.9 to 3.5 cases per 100,000 population; among IHS Areas, the largest
rate increase occurred in the Albuquerque Area (94% increase)
