What is the CDC Science Ambassador Workshop?

The CDC Science Ambassador Workshop is a 5-day professional development workshop for selected middle and high school science and math teachers (and possibly other educators) at CDC headquarters in Atlanta.

During the workshop, CDC scientists present information on health topics and collaborate with participants to develop challenging and innovative public health-based lesson plans that meet National Science Education Standards.
