Prenatal Smoking Data Book: Acknowledgements

The authors thank numerous people in the Division of Reproductive Health for their guidance and support. They also thank staff from the Office on Smoking and Health for their help and guidance in preparing the State Prenatal Smoking Databook and for sharing their state database information.

Special thanks go to Brian Morrow for his assistance in analyzing the PRAMS data. The authors also thank Phyllis Moir, Suzanne Johnson-DeLeon, Byron Breedlove, and Rick Hull from the Technical Information and Editorial Services Branch for their help in developing the page layouts and initial graph configurations.

The authors are particularly grateful to the staff at the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP) for helping design and implement a survey of prenatal smoking cessation efforts at the state level and sharing its results.
