In this training, participants learn how to implement a program to prevent falling among adults who live at home or in senior centers. Program components include conducting fall risk assessments and developing customized interventions. Clinical guidelines are also provided for practitioners who work in clinical settings.

Audience
The training is intended for any level of health practitioner who works with older adults.
