Participants learn principles, strategies, and skills related to developing programs and resources. Course topics include translating logic models into program and evaluation plans, identifying partnership and funding opportunities, marketing programs to potential investors, and applying other strategies for effective program development.

Audience
The training is designed for program managers, program coordinators, and project staff.

Duration
1 – 1 ½ days (about 8–12 hours).
