Addendum to Taking Research to Practice: An Exploratory Meeting [PDF-33K]
This 3-page summary adds to the report documenting a meeting convened by the Directors of Health Promotion and Education and the Prevention Research Centers Program in July 2006. In June 2007, a subsequent meeting was convened as a session at the National Conference on Health Education and Health Promotion in Seattle, Washington. Practitioners, who were under-represented in the original meeting, were invited to share their thoughts on issues discussed at the original meeting.
