Health Reform Strategy, Policy, and Coordination Office

The Health Reform Strategy, Policy, and Coordination Office serves as a central resource within CDC to

• monitor ACA implementation at federal, state, and local levels and disseminate key information inside and outside CDC
• interpret the legislation and implications for health care and public health
• identify opportunities for CDC to maximize its input and advance public health goals
• identify and facilitate synergies of relevant activities within CDC
• communicate with the HHS Office of Health Reform, the White House Domestic Policy Council, and other Administration offices
