Launch a PHIN CoP

Get Started

If you have an idea for a PHIN-related CoP, it is important to determine if this community already exists. The CoP Community may be interacting in another format such as an informal working group, technical club, recurring lunch meeting, or message board community. If you find a group of people already functioning as a CoP in your domain, you may suggest the group consider aligning with PHIN to gain access to the resources and support system offered to the PHIN communities. Please refer to the Aligning with PHIN section of the Resource Kit and learn how your community can align with PHIN.

Once you have determined that your domain of interest does not already exist in the form of a CoP, there are steps you can follow to develop and grow your community. These steps include Plan and Prepare, Launch Your Community, Sustain a PHIN CoP and Evolve a PHIN CoP.
