The Santa Cruz AIDS Project (SCAP) was founded in 1985 and provides HIV/AIDS education, and prevention services to people with HIV/AIDS through street outreach programs and a drop-in center. It is the only comprehensive AIDS service organization based in Santa Cruz County, California.
