Help Desk
The PHIN Helpdesk provides a central point of contact for partners and end users for all PHIN-related technical questions and answers, from how to install an SDN certificate to identify proofing for SAMS users. The team supports over 40,000 internal and external users and 86 programs and applications, including CRA, PHINMS, SDN, SAMS, LUNA, Epi INFO, NEDSS, SiteScape, HAN and H1N1. The Helpdesk receives over 1300 calls and emails per month. That number will continue to grow as new applications and programs are added to take advantage of the economies of scale produced by centralizing that function.
