Jane E. Sisk, PhD (Director)
Dr. Sisk is on leave from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York City, where she is a professor in the Department of Health Policy. Her research has focused on interventions to improve the quality of care, especially to reduce disparities among population subgroups; evaluation of Medicaid managed care; and the cost-effectiveness of health care interventions, including pneumococcal vaccination for elderly people.
Dr. Sisk holds a Ph.D. in economics from McGill University. She has been elected a fellow of the Academy for Health Services Research and Health Policy, a fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine, and a member of the Institute of Medicine, National Academy of Sciences.
