Tina Scott-Morgan, MS
Program Management Officer
Ms. Scott-Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development (emphasis in Organizational Development) from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her federal career began as an STEP Student with DOD, Judge Advocate General Office at Ft. McPherson. Upon graduation, she accepted a position as a Legal Technician with USDA, Office of the General Council. In 1989, she began her personnel career with U.S. Forest Service in the Atlanta Regional Office and later transferred to the Angeles National Forest and the San Francisco Regional Office respectively. Her CDC career began in 1997 in the former HRMO now known as the Atlanta Field Human Resources Office in which she served in a variety of capacities. Including, Staffing Specialist and Special Programs Coordinator. She later transitioned to MASO where she served as a Management Analyst in the Competitive Sourcing Office. Later she served as the Human Capital Advisor in NCHM, CCHIS Lead for the Workforce and Career Development Team, NCHM Deputy Management Officer and ultimately the “Acting” Management Officer for NCHM.
