Jennifer Madans, PhD (OD Co-Deputy Director / OD Associate Director for Science / OPBL Associate Director)
Dr. Madans is a graduate of Bard College (B.A.), received her master of science and Ph.D. degrees in sociology at the University of Michigan, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at Yale University. She has served as a lecturer in the Division of Biostatistics and Epidemiology, Department of Community and Family Medicine, Georgetown University School of Medicine and in the Department of Demography at Georgetown. She is a Fellow of the American Statistical Association and an elected member of the International Statistical Institute.
