James S. Marks, M.D., M.P.H., Senior Vice President and Director of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health Group, presented the keynote address entitled “Making Science and Health Matter.” Dr. Marks is a national public health leader and advocate who has worked to strengthen public health systems and services for more than 35 years.
