Sandra’s Federal career began in 1980 as a commissary clerk at Vandenberg Air Force Base in Lompoc, California and has over 29 years of federal service with several Department of Defense organizations as well as Independent Federal agencies in the area of financial management and IT capital planning. She holds a bachelors degree in Business Administrations from Chapman University and a Master in Public Administration from Troy University. She is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, VA.
