A 3-day Basic Officer Training Course is being offered in Cincinnati, OH; 23 - 25 Feb 2005. This course is sponsored by NIOSH and the Office of Commissioned Corps Personnel/CDC.
The course will be held in the Hamilton Building, Conference Room C, 5555 Ridge Road, Cincinnati, OH 45213; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM each day. Please note that officers must attend all 3 days and adhere to uniform and groom standards to receive credit for the course.
A limited number of slots are still available and will be filled on a first come first served basis. If you wish to attend, please request registration by sending an email to Aaron Arnold (ala8@cdc.gov) with your name, rank, and PHS serial number. Registration confirmation will be sent once the room capacity has been reached.
Note: Officers are responsible for securing their own travel arrangements and hotel rooms through their respective agency.
