The Division of Commissioned Corps Personnel and Readiness (DCCPR) have posted the results of the 2012 Promotion cycle results on the front page of the CCMIS website at 5:00 PM today http://dcp.psc.gov/
Officers who were eligible for promotion may wish to log-in to the Secure Area to review their individual results and promotion board score sheets. Please note that there have been connectivity issues with the Secure Area. If you experience problems, please do not contact the CCHelpdesk or DCCPR to report issues you encounter in the next few days. Program Support Center staff are aware of the issues and is working diligently to correct them. Thank you for your patience.
We extend our CONGRATULATIONS to those officers who were successfully promoted! Officers are authorized to wear their new rank on/after their eligible date of promotion by order of a newly issued Personnel Order.
We highly recommend officers obtain a new PHS ID card signifying the new rank on or after your promotion effective date. Appointments are available M-F 8:00 — 11:00 AM and 1:00 — 2:00 PM by contacting our office at 404-498-1800.
Any officer who was not successful in being promoted this year — your Commissioned Corps Personnel Office Staff Specialist is here to assist you. The Temporary Grades success rates year were the same as last year. Permanent Higher Grades success rates were reduced at the O-4 thoughO-6 grades.
For Temporary Grade
- T O6 47% for Medical (including ROG) and Dental categories
- T O6 29% for all other categories.
- T O5 43%
- T O4 90%
For Permanent Grade
- P O6 16%
- P O5 33%
- P O4 20%
- P O3 100% All officers who were recommended by the board were promoted regardless of score.
- P O2 100% All officers who were recommended by the board were promoted regardless of score.
