2011 Commissioned Corps Pre-Retirement Seminar

The CDC/ATSDR Commissioned Corps Personnel Office will host a Pre-Retirement Seminar for all USPHS Commissioned Corps Officers. The seminar is scheduled for May 4-5, 2011, in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Thomas Berry, Commissioned Corps Retirement Coordinator will facilitate the seminar. The seminar is open to all PHS officers; however, CDC/ATSDR officers will be given priority seating, if needed. All others will be selected based on the order their registrations are received.

Your registration will be confirmed via email no later than April 8, 2011.

Only online submissions will be accepted as registration for the seminar. No fax or email requests will be acknowledged.

Additionally, individual retirement counseling sessions will be available Friday, May 6, 2011. Please indicate on the online form your time preference; session confirmations will be emailed separately. Due to space limitations not all requests will be honored.

We are able to offer Microsoft Live Meeting for those FIELD STAFF unable to travel to Atlanta, GA. Due to limitations of available ports this option will only be made available for staff located outside Atlanta and unable to travel to the seminar. We highly encourage in-person participation; however, we understand travel funding may be restricted. Once the registration list is confirmed those eligible officers will be provided with the needed web link and bridge-line to participate.
