2010 Commissioned Corps Pre-Retirement Seminar
The Commissioned Corps Personnel Office, CDC/ATSDR will host a Pre-Retirement Seminar for all USPHS Commissioned Corps Officers. The seminar is scheduled for May 5—6, 2010, in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Thomas Berry, Commissioned Corps Retirement Coordinator will facilitate the seminar. The seminar is open to all PHS officers; however, CDC/ATSDR officers will be given priority seating until March 12, 2009. All others will be selected based on the order their registrations are received.

Your registration will be confirmed via email no later than March 31, 2010.
Only online submissions will be accepted as registration for the seminar. No fax or email requests will be acknowledged.
Additionally, individual retirement counseling sessions will be available Friday, May 7, 2010. These sessions will be scheduled in 30 minute increments, on a first come first serve basis. Please indicate on the online form your time preference; session confirmations will be emailed separately.
