National Responder Program

If you are eligible and wish to participate in the WTC Responder Program and live outside the New York City vicinity, please call Logistics Health, Inc. (LHI) at 877-498-2911. Let them know you want to register with the WTC Responder Program.

If you have had prior medical care, please be sure to get those medical records to LHI so they can optimize your care. LHI will assist responders in obtaining and filling out the appropriate medical records release forms.

The following services are to be provided:

• Initial and Annual Medical Monitoring Examinations to detect possible WTC-related health conditions
• Diagnostic and Treatment Services for WTC-related health conditions
• Pharmacy Benefit if medications are needed for treatment of WTC-related health conditions
• Case Management to assist with healthcare for individuals
