10-144 Department of Health and Human Services, Chapter 210: Rules Relating to Tattooing. These rules require people who practice the art of tattooing to obtain licenses and to show proof of the proper facilities, equipment, and procedures for the protection of the public’s health and safety.

10-144 Department of Health and Human Services, Chapter 209: Rules Relating to Body Piercing. These rules require people who practice body piercing to obtain licenses and to show proof of providing the proper facilities, equipment, and procedures to protect the public’s health and safety.
